<p>Beaucoup de temps oblige pendant cette période de confinement, voici une bonne occasion de réaliser des recettes qu&rsquo;on ne fait jamais avant.<br />
Depuis toute petite, je suis fan de gâteau chinois dont son vrai nom Schneckenkuchen est traduction « gâteau escargot mais comme en France il n&rsquo;arrivait pas à le prononcer ils l&rsquo;ont appelé « gâteau chinois ».</p>
<p>Bref j&rsquo;en avais envie et je me suis dit que c&rsquo;était l&rsquo;occasion de tenter l&rsquo;aventure avec mon super <a href="https://www.amazon.fr/Kitchenaid-5K45SSEWH-Classic-Mixeur-Multifonctions/dp/B0000C2K2H/ref=as_li_ss_tl?ie=UTF8&;linkCode=ll1&;tag=lesbricomcomp-21&;linkId=aefe61df305b2258ea830df767cf4f25&;language=fr_FR" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">robot patissier Kitchenaid</a>. Puis comme pétrir la pâte et la laisser pousser prend du temps, j&rsquo;ai eu le temps de passer par plusieurs recettes que j&rsquo;ai arrangé à ma sauce.</p>

<h2>Recette de la pâte briochée moelleuse</h2>
<p>La principale recette que j&rsquo;ai utilisée pour la pâte briochée du gâteau chinois c&rsquo;est <a href="http://journaldunecuisiniere.over-blog.com/2017/05/gateau-chinois.html" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">celle là</a> mais j&rsquo;ai divisé les quantités par deux car je suis toute seule.<br />
J&rsquo;ai aussi utilisé de la levure boulangère fraîche plutôt que de la levure en sachet qu&rsquo;il me restait de mes <a href="https://www.instagram.com/p/B-m43D7p_dW/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">pains à burger</a>.<br />
Pour faire bien lever la pâte, je l&rsquo;ai laissée reposer une demi-journée au frigo (une nuit à peu près) alors que la recette d&rsquo;origine parle de 3h et de four en étuve que je n&rsquo;ai pas.</p>

<h2>Pour la garniture</h2>
<p>J&rsquo;avais pas envie de crème pâtissière, c&rsquo;est là que j&rsquo;ai pensé au Babka. Il me restait au fond de mon placard un peu de pâte à tartiner sans huile de palme et du beurre de cacahuète. Je les ai utilisés tel quel en garniture.</p>

<h2>Extra brillance et glaçage du gâteau</h2>
<p>Pour avoir un bel aspect gourmand, j&rsquo;ai tout d&rsquo;abord enduit au pinceau d&rsquo;un mélange d&rsquo;oeuf et de lait puis un peu avant la cuisson d&rsquo;un peu de sirop (sucre + eau).</p>
<p>La cuisson privilégié plutôt 160° que 180° pendant 30min vous aurez un gâteau un peu plus doré.</p>

Enfin un glaçage appliqué peu de temps après la sortie du four ( 1 blanc d&rsquo;oeuf, 150g de sucre glace et un demi-citron d&rsquo;oeuf) si vous avez une idée pour remplacer le goût citronné je prends.</p>
