<p>Pendant mon séjour à la découverte du Périgord, j&rsquo;ai eu la chance de dormir deux nuits dans la<a href="http://www.lesbridgets.com/index.php/Soirees-voyages-rencontres/Un-hotel-restaurant-romantique-dans-le-Perigord-Les-Glycines.html" target="_blank" rel="noopener"> suite romantique Hortense de l&rsquo;hôtel*** des Glycines</a> situé dans la commune les Eyzies.<br />
Un hôtel qui en plus d&rsquo;être charmant dispose d&rsquo;un délicieux restaurant gastronomique en quête d&rsquo;une première étoile qui ne devrait pas tarder.</p>
<p>Aux commandes le chef Eric Jung qui a obtenu le statut de Maître-restaurateur (titre attribué à des chefs utilisant au moins 90 % de produits frais).</p>
<p>Une fraicheur que j&rsquo;ai pu constaté à deux reprises lorsque j&rsquo;ai précisé que je n&rsquo;aimais pas les crustacés et que l&rsquo;on m&rsquo;a servi un somptueux risotto aux Girolles fraîches cueillies quelques heures auparavant.<br />
Puis lorsqu&rsquo;après le repas, nous avons demandé des mojitos et que Patrick le sommelier alias « Patoche » est allé cueillir la menthe fraîche directement dans le jardin.</p>

<p>Le menu dégustation de 4 plats avec vins (4 verres) est à 75€.</p>
<p>Pour les plus petits budgets vous avez la partie Bistro qui proposent des très bons plats à petits prix comme le menu du jour à 16€. C&rsquo;est d&rsquo;ailleurs dans la même salle que l&rsquo;on prend le petit déjeuner.</p>
<h2>La perfection continue jusqu&rsquo;au petit déjeuner</h2>
<p>Un beurre mou délicatement posé en cône qui se tartine parfaitement sur un pain délicieux et croustillant.<br />
Un chocolat maison tellement gourmand, qu&rsquo;il me faisait culpabiliser de tremper mes tartines dedans.</p>
