<p>Il y a un an j&rsquo;atterrissais à Florence pour commencer un périple d&rsquo;une semaine en Toscane. Firenze à l&rsquo;italienne était principalement le lieu d&rsquo;atterrissage du road trip alors rien n&rsquo;avait été vraiment programmé, on a un peu improvisé.<br />
On a trouvé pour le déjeuner une vraie petite cantine avec de la cuisine familiale typique de Florence dont la fameuse Filetto alla griglia (steack de viande finement grillé de Toscane)</p>

<h2>Manger une Gelato inoubliable</h2>
<p>On a bien sûr opté pour une délicieuse Gelato. Impossible de ne pas en manger lorsqu&rsquo;on va en Italie, c&rsquo;est un religion comme les pâtes. Je ne sais pas si c&rsquo;est parce qu&rsquo;il s&rsquo;agissait de la première mangée pendant le séjour mais j&rsquo;en garde particulièrement un bon souvenir.<br />

<p>Passage dans une grande ville italienne, on se devait de faire notre premier Apéritivo et on a trouvé une très bonne adresse : Soul Kitchen. Accueil vraiment chouette la serveuse parlait même un peu français et on était très loin des touristes. Pour rappel, l&rsquo;Apéritivo c&rsquo;est un buffet à volonté accessible dés la première consommation.</p>
