<p>Après la découverte récente de la nouvelle carte du <a href="http://www.lemomentm.com/2012/04/jai-goute-la-nouvelle-carte-du-restaurant-1868-elaboree-par-jean-sebastien-pouch/">Restaurant 1868</a> dans le 17ème, j&rsquo;ai eu la chance de découvrir la semaine dernière la cuisine du restaurant de l&rsquo;hôtel Metropolitan dans le 16ème.<br />
Une cuisine dirigée par <a href="http://www.stephanepitre.sitew.fr/#Le_Chef.A">Stéphane Pitré</a> qui a modestement exercé au Ritz de Londres.<br />
Une des particularités de sa cuisine: breton d&rsquo;origine il n&rsquo;a pas oublié ses racines qu&rsquo;il mêle subtilement à un coté asiatisant.</p>
<h3>Le déjeuner a débuté avec une magnifique entrée:<br />

Après une nouvelle consultation de la carte, le fondant au chocolat avec Guanaja à 70% aurait été également bien tentant.</p>
