<p>Si vous êtes de passage à Madrid et souhaitez manger avant 17H alors vous devez passer dans un marché et si vous ne devez en faire qu&rsquo;un celui de San Miguel.</p>

<p>Ça grouille de partout. On mange debout. Le week-end et aux heures des repas il est difficile de se frayer un chemin.<br />
Mais ce n&rsquo;est pas pour rien.</p>

<p>J&rsquo;avais noté ce marché parce que semblerait-il, il y a de bonnes tortillas. On est arrivé peu de temps avant la fermeture un dimanche. Ca sentait fort la friture et c&rsquo;était très bruyant en mode buvettes de village.<br />
On n&rsquo;a pas trop aimé.</p>

<p>Incontournable adresse lors d&rsquo;un séjour à Madrid. Première chose qu&rsquo;on a mangé en arrivant dans la capitale espagnole. Les fameux churros espagnols qui n&rsquo;ont rien avoir avec nos churros de fêtes foraines. Pas recouverts de sucres écoeurants et surtout un chocolat onctueux fort en saveur.</p>

<p>Cela m&rsquo;a fait penser à l&rsquo;aperitivo en Italie sauf que c&rsquo;est pas un buffet à volonté mais une dose limitée (suffisante). Voici une adresse sans chichi. Pratique pour tenir l&rsquo;alcool toute cette nourriture offerte à chaque verre.</p>
